Effective 16 May 2026 · Version 2026-05-16.1
1. Delivery Service Overview
WMart Ltd provides wholesale delivery within selected areas of the United Kingdom. Our delivery service is designed to make sure that wholesale grocery orders arrive in good condition and in full.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected areas of the United Kingdom. Coverage is expanding; if your trading address is outside the current delivery area we will let you know during the trade-account application process or when you place an order.
3. Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver wholesale orders promptly after they have been confirmed and paid. Delivery timescales communicated through the Platform or by our team are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Any delivery charges that apply to your order will be communicated before you confirm the order. Free-delivery thresholds, where offered, will be displayed on the Platform.
5. Receiving Your Delivery
Deliveries must be received by an authorised representative at the registered delivery address. The recipient may be asked to sign for the delivery.
You must inspect all products immediately on receipt. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to orders@wmart.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
If we are unable to deliver because no authorised person is available at the delivery address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.
6. Temperature-Controlled Deliveries
Where applicable, chilled and frozen products are transported in conditions appropriate to the product. On delivery you should transfer chilled and frozen products to appropriate storage promptly.
7. Order Amendments and Cancellations
You may request to amend or cancel an order by contacting orders@wmart.co.uk before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be amended or cancelled, except in line with the relevant sections of our Terms and Conditions.
8. Contact
